When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive for your scheduled appointment with a few moments to spare; this will allow for a smooth transition, a welcome cup of tea and a relaxed service. As a courtesy to our guests, all treatments start and end on time.

Should your day delay you more than 15 minutes from your designated appointment time, we will gladly offer you an abbreviated service.

May I bring my child with me to the appointment?

Our unique environment is designed solely for adults. Of course, young adults with appointments are most welcome.

Should I inform the spa of allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions in advance?

Please inform us in advance of your scheduled appointment of any allergies, sensitivities, injuries, or other medical conditions, as well as any products you are currently using, as this may impact our treatment recommendations. Skincare/bodycare consultations are required for all first-time guests, as well as any recent procedures such as fillers/botox. Please click here to learn more.

What is your cancellation policy?

Should a cancellation be necessary, please be aware that all single services require a 24-hour cancellation; multiple services and packages require a 48-hour notice. We will charge a cancellation fee if notification is not received on time. As a courtesy to our staff, failure to arrive for an appointment will result in a charge for the time reserved. A credit card or valid gift certificate is required to secure any/all appointments.

Cancellations must be called in directly, we do not accept cancellations by email.

What forms of payment are accepted?

A credit card or gift certificate will be required to hold your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, and personal checks with proper identification.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated but not included in the cost of your service. We appreciate your generosity but regret to inform you that we cannot include gratuities on credit cards. An atm is available for your convenience.

What are your gift certificate policies?

Give the gift of dreams! Call ahead and we’ll prepare your present to go. All gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift certificates must be presented upon arrival. Gift certificates do not expire; however, donated gift certificates have a one-year expiration.

In addition, all prices/services are subject to change without notice. We always honor gift certificates with specified service costs for one year. A series of services are available at special savings; please inquire.
